Thursday Lunch Club Serves Up Food, Friendship & Gospel Tunes This November

First United Methodist Church of LaGrange invites seniors from across Troup County to gather for its next Thursday Lunch Club luncheon on Thursday, November 6, 2025, for a fun afternoon of good food, great company, and live music.

This month’s menu features homemade lasagna, fresh salad, warm garlic bread, and decadent chocolate chip brownies. Guests will also enjoy a lively performance by local southern gospel trio New Direction, known for their rich harmonies and joyful energy.

“We love seeing our community come together around a table. We love to feed the community, body and soul,” said Sharon Wilkes, Communications & Membership Director. “TLC is so much more than lunch for our guests. It’s an opportunity for them to have a good time, stay active and connected, and everyone leaves with a full belly and a happy heart.”
