Shrove Tuesday is one of those beautiful, old traditions that still feels perfectly relevant today. It’s the day before Lent begins. Centuries ago, families used up all the butter, eggs, and sugar before Lent’s simpler season began. We’re keeping that delicious tradition alive. And yes, there will be pancakes.
